Pumpkin Recipes

I am ready to use my pumpkins! (I know I'm a little late). Anyone have any yummy pumpkin recipes? I'm looking for simple and healthy. Help me out!

Okay, so you don't actually know me, (and I don't actually have any healthy pumpkin recipes), but I saw a comment you made recently on Liz Player's blog...then I was on Carolyn Walker's blog, and I saw you again.. Crazy, we have the same friends! Who else do we both know?
Anyway, someone who knows two of the greatest ladies in the world must be wonderful herself. Cheers! (I didn't know how else to comment on our knowing the same people...I'm a blog novice, myself...)
